partners to accomplish the critical task of helping to ensure data
privacy and security.
WHAT YOU?LL DO
* Investigating and assessing incidents, conducting incident
analysis, considering legal responsibilities, advising on responses,
and providing guidance on mitigation and remediation efforts.
* Collaborating with Adobe?s legal team, internal partners,
outside counsel, third party vendors, and regulators related to
incidents and general security matters.
* Responding to global regulatory investigations concerning privacy
and security-related matters.
* Working closely with Adobe Security teams to analyze and discuss
potential security risks and regulatory requirements.
* Assisting in leading aspects of the development, maintenance and
compliance activities for Adobe&#**Apply on the website**;s Privacy
and Security incident response programs.
* Working across the Security organization on security policies,
standards, and procedures with input stemming from global regulatory
requirements.
* Helping to improve processes and increase scalability.
* Overseeing outside counsel on domestic and global projects.
WHAT YOU&#**APPLY ON THE WEBSITE**;LL NEED
* J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar preferred.
* Minimum 7 years of practice in law firm or in-house, with minimum
4 years of incident response and security experience.
* Good sense of humor!
* Experience running multiple, high-priority projects and advancing
complex projects.
* Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
* Problem-solving prowess with excellent legal and business
judgment.
* A business-friendly teammate who thinks creatively.
* Strong understanding and experience with domestic and global
breach notification and security laws.
